Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

East Side Youth Competition

All fees with Gresham Youth Cheer DBA East Side Youth Cheer are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. This may include but is not limited to: quitting the team, removal from the team, changing teams, injury, or other unforeseen events. If an athlete quits or is removed from the team, all items (such as apparel, bows etc.) will be forfeited. Meetings are encouraged when an athlete opts to leave the program so that we can discuss any issues that could have been avoided. If an athlete quits the team, there must be a withdrawal request or a fee of $100 plus remaining balance of the athlete account will be due within 48 hours of quitting. Withdrawal requests MUST be emailed to the Program Director (ONLY) at least 10 days' prior to any scheduled payments to allow for adjustments. If 10 days notice is not provided via email, Gresham Youth Cheer has the right to process the next scheduled payment or remaining balance. All withdrawal requests must be made via email to program manager: coach.ashleyspencer@gmail.com Any athletes/families that are asked to leave the program for any reason will have all monies paid forfeited.
